Can you take Neuro Rest and Neuro Focus Plus at the same time?
Absolutely! They are designed to complement each other. Neuro Rest just before bed, and Neuro Focus Plus with food in the morning. See next FAQ about “How to avoid any side effects” to see the optimal way to combine them.
How do I avoid any side effects? How many should I take each day?
Neuro Rest contains a synergistic balance of bioactive ingredients to help avoid headaches and an upset stomach that you can get from high strength pure 5HTP supplements. So to be extra cautious we recommend taking one capsule each night for the first four nights to allow your body to get used to converting 5HTP to serotonin ("the feel-good hormone"). After that try 2 capsules a night and proceed afterwards with whatever works best for you.
If taking both products, we recommend the below plan of Neuro Rest for the first few days and then adding Neuro Focus Plus. This will help with the conversion of 5-HTP to serotonin for a great foundation, and will ensure you have the optimal dosages of each product for you...
Day 1: one capsule of Neuro Rest (30 minutes before bed)
Day 2: one capsule of Neuro Rest
Day 3: one capsule of Neuro Rest
Day 4: one capsule of Neuro Rest
Day 5: increase to two capsules of Neuro Rest
Day 6+: continue with either one or two capsules depending on what gives you the best results
Once your optimal intake has been established for Neuro Rest and you have a great foundation, we recommend adding Neuro Focus Plus in the morning. Take two capsules with food. We recommend taking 5 days a week.
Do I take them with food?
Neuro Focus Plus should be taken with food. We recommend having it with breakfast or your morning snack to get the benefits throughout the day.
Neuro Rest does not need to be taken with food. It does not matter if it is taken on an empty stomach or with food. We recommend taking it with a small amount of water 30 minutes before bed. Not too much water though as we do not want you to be up all night going to the toilet!
Can your products be taken if I am on medication, e.g. anti-depressants or sleeping pills?
We are unable to give any individual medical advice, in particular when taking our natural supplements with any particular medication. Therefore we recommend not taking our products if you are already on medication like anti-depressants, sleeping pills, anticonvulsant medication etc. To be sure, please check with your doctor and show them the ingredients label on our website so they can advise you.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
All of our products are plant or food based ingredients. Neuro Rest is suitable for vegans. Neuro Focus Plus is suitable for vegetarians.
Do your products contain any GMO ingredients, gluten, or non-organic ingredients?
None of our products contain any GMO ingredients.
None of our products contain any ingredients with gluten. However, they are made in a factory that also handles products with gluten.
Our ingredients are not all organic.
Have your products been tested by Informed Sport?
Our recently updated formulas have not completed the Informed Sport’s test yet. We will update this section when the products have completed testing.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
