    Taking Neuro Rest is not mandatory for completing our sleep course however it will certainly help you get back to healthy sleep patterns. Created by Doctors, Biochemists and expert Nutritionists, Neuro Rest contains ingredients to help you switch off for a good night's rest and wake up feeling refreshed.   • When does the course start and finish?
    The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. We suggest completing a module per week over four weeks to give yourself time to learn and test the techniques we suggest - or try the techniques suggested at a pace that works for you.
  • How long do I have access to the course?
    How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
