Alexandra is the other co-founder of Health Is Wealth and a clinical nutritionist who helps patients with a number of health issues. She recognises the concept of biochemical individuality and firmly believes no one diet is right for everyone. Her focus is on determining the specific and unique needs of each client in nutrition, lifestyle and supplements.
Our resident sleep guru, Anandi, is on a mission to help everyone enjoy a sound night’s sleep, and much like the Utmost Me team, she believes in a holistic approach. Anandi says “Studies consistently show that less than 6 hours of sleep a night is a main cause of burnout. I can help you make changes to restore healthy sleep in just 90 days”.
James is as a Certified High Performance coach who is passionate about unlocking your true potential and teaching how to master personal performance in all areas of their life. He works with his clients through the highly researched High Performance Coaching techniques that deal with five key areas; Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence.
Tony Gill has written articles for some of the world's most prominent health magazines and sites for more than 10 years. He is considered a specialist writer in the fields of neuroscience, natural supplements, nootropics, biochemistry and hormones.
Richard is passionate about helping people live up to their full potential and heads up the Utmost Me Wellbeing Board. After struggling with sleep and focus with two young children, he strongly believes in making Utmost Me the worldwide lighthouse for helping everyone have better days through innovation in consistently achieving Your Personal Best.
Chloe is the co-founder of Health Is Wealth and has a Diploma focused in Nutrition and Naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a specialist in holistic health with specialist knowledge on nutrition for sleep, dietary supplements and specialised diets. She firmly believes in using nutrition and advice as part of a holistic approach.
