Richard is passionate about helping people live up to their full potential and heads up the Utmost Me Wellbeing Board. After struggling with sleep and focus with two young children, he strongly believes in making Utmost Me the worldwide lighthouse for helping everyone have better days through innovation in consistently achieving Your Personal Best.


Sleep Expert

Our resident sleep guru, Anandi, is on a mission to help everyone enjoy a sound night’s sleep, and much like the Utmost Me team, she believes in a holistic approach. Anandi says “Studies consistently show that less than 6 hours of sleep a night is a main cause of burnout. I can help you make changes to restore healthy sleep in just 90 days”.

High Performance Coach

James is as a Certified High Performance coach who is passionate about unlocking your true potential and teaching how to master personal performance in all areas of their life. He works with his clients through the highly researched High Performance Coaching techniques that deal with five key areas; Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence. 

Chloe Cunningham

Nutritional Therapist

Chloe is the co-founder of Health Is Wealth and has a Diploma focused in Nutrition and Naturopathy from College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a specialist in holistic health with specialist knowledge on nutrition for sleep, dietary supplements and specialised diets. She firmly believes in using nutrition and advice as part of a holistic approach to improve her patient's lifestyle.

Alexandra Falgate

Nutritional Therapist

Alexandra is the other co-founder of Health Is Wealth and a clinical nutritionist who helps patients with a number of health. She recognises the concept of biochemical individuality and firmly believes no one diet is right for everyone. Her focus is on determining the specific and unique needs of each client in nutrition, lifestyle and supplements.

Melissa Pierson

Nutritional Therapist

Melissa is the founder of Roots & Shoots Nutrition with an NTEC accredited Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London.  She is passionate about inspiring, motivating and educating others to lead healthier and more balanced life.

Christian Finn

Health & Fitness Author & Coach

If and when I give you advice, you can be sure I’ll be speaking from experience” our Health & Fitness Coach, Christian, has a background in sport psychology and is passionate about providing helpful content and science-based advice to help the Utmost Me community separate fitness fact from fiction.

Ursula started the blog and now successful consultancy Mumbelievable because she found it almost impossible to combine her career with parenting in a way that worked for her family.  Ursula is passionate about being part of the solution to the issues faced by working parents who want to have a productive full career and want to combine it with their family more successfully.
